Bluewater currently owns and operates a number of Floating Production Storage and Offloading Systems (FPSOs): the Glas Dowr, the Aoka Mizu, the Bleo Holm, the Hæwene Brim and Munin.
As HR Business Partner, you will be the driving force behind our people strategy. You will pro-actively collaborate with managers and employees across the organization to:
- Establish strong relationships to best enable the delivery of a professional, value adding HR service.
- Drive the annual HR cycle, including areas such as performance management and compensation and benefits, and identify and deliver improvements.
- Implement Corporate HR processes and policies, providing insight/ feedback to ensure they meet the needs of the business.
- Lead and/or participate in the development of HR processes, policies and projects and take an active lead in embedding them. Conduct ad-hoc project work.
- Provide expert guidance and support to management on employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, absence management and talent development.
- Manage complex employee relations issues.
- Partner with managers to determine a solid recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Participate in Company's emergency response organization by providing HR support.
We are looking for a great communicator with strong organisational skills. You are able to initiate improvements and solve complex issues for which helicopter view, in-depth expertise and good understanding of the business (context) are necessary. You take ownership and are reliable in delivering results, you think and act across boundaries of responsibilities and you influence cooperation and ambiance in a positive way.
Furthermore you:
- are a certified HR professional and hold at least a bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent.
- have proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar advisory role.
- have sound knowledge of Dutch labour law (which is essential for this position), HR best practices and industry trends.
- are fluent in both Dutch and English.
- proven experience in leading (whole or parts of) HR projects within an international organization.
- have experience with HR and Payroll systems, preferably ADP (iHCM2)
- have effective influencing and communication skills at all levels within the organisation.
