As a Senior Cost Estimator, you’ll be at the heart of our tendering process, transforming data into actionable insights and building cost estimates that help us win projects.
- Lead the development of CAPEX cost estimates for diverse projects in a Team effort, using data from our knowledge base, quotes from suppliers and cross-functional input.
- Create estimating plans and basis of estimate documents that set the foundation for
successful proposals. - Collaborate with Contracts & Procurement to obtain and analyse supplier and subcontractor pricing.
- Develop proposal schedules, contribute to cost risk analyses, and drive cost optimization
initiatives. - Integrate OPEX estimates from the Operations Support Group to ensure full lifecycle cost
coverage. - Play a strategic role in tender boards and proposal strategy meetings, advising on cost insights and estimate accuracy.
- Continuously improve our estimation tools, identify cost correlations, and update our knowledge base with real-world feedback.
- Innovate our working methods through parametric analysis, benchmarking, and process
improvements.
