The modern workplace consists of M365 and offers various solutions on SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, among others. For our ICT Department in Hoofddorp, we are looking for a SharePoint and Power Platform Specialist. Our ICT Department is responsible for the delivery, availability, and maintenance of high-quality ICT services for our employees in Hoofddorp, Aberdeen, and offshore assets. With a strong commitment to technological advances, we are seeking a talented individual to drive our collaboration and business process automation initiatives using Microsoft SharePoint Online and Power Platform.

About the job

As a SharePoint/Power Platform specialist, you are responsible for:
• Gathering requirements, design, develop, and implement Microsoft SharePoint solutions to enhance team collaboration, improve business processes and document management.
• Advice on business process improvements to work efficiently with SharePoint, Power Platform and M365.
• Analyse existing data and systems and advise on efficient information management.
• Customize and optimize Power Platform applications to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical support, training, and documentation for SharePoint and Power Platform users.
• Continuously improve and drive new initiatives built on the SharePoint Online environment.
• Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
